All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of order. If incorrect shipping information is provided, and the package is returned or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

9. P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout to avoid delays.
